i first met steve through my dad, steve and also a third steve! i did a bit of work for him a number of years ago as he took pity on me for a bit{!} used to refer to me as 'young un'. i actually did enjoy working at the sparton tackle unit and riding my bike there and back everyday. he was a nice, funny man and i was very shocked to learn about his death, as it was extremely unexpected, especially as it was him who had helped my dad by calling an amblulance for him not so long ago. what a shame the sparton empire will close it's doors forever now. rest in peace steve, it's a shame you had to go so soon.
