Thanks Steve for allowing me to be one of your customers for over 20 years! Time spent in your wonderful shambolic shop was mainly spent grinning from ear to ear, like a kid in a sweet shop with the owner telling him to 'fill your boots' whilst dispensing advice like gold dust mixed with the ultimate dry sense of humour topped off by a wicked sense of fun. You were generous spirited in every way - a rare gift in these mean and uncertain times. Genuinely a one-off, they really did break the mould when they made you, and I am privileged to have met you.
